Well, it's been a long year. Really it hasn't - it has flown by - but it's been an incredibly tough year. I never thought I'd survive. I suppose that technically speaking, I still may not survive, but the end is so close I can smell it! Yesterday was my last day of class, and Thursday is my final exam in Neurobiology. That marks the end of my first year of medical school, and almost more importantly, the end of NEUROBIOLOGY! I'll be 25% doctor. And more importantly, I'll be half-way through this horrendous basic-science-lecture-laden first two years before clinical rotations! HALF-WAY THERE! That's progress.
I'm really just writing to apologize for the blogging hiatus, and to reassure you that I'll be back at it again as soon as I get through this last exam. My next post will be a continuation of the Pill series, so stay tuned. In the meantime, I'll be in my study bubble, study cave, whatever you wanna call it. Just means I'll be on my couch in my pajamas staring at my laptop for two days straight. Faaaaaaabulous. Catch ya on the flip side!
